Create New Form Processor EDITING A FORM PROCESSOR To edit a desired processor, click on the name of the processor in the System Navigation. Once the form processor-editing interface has loaded, you can successfully edit the processor. Form Processor-Editing Interface
FORM NAME should be unique for referencing the form processor throughout the system. The name can contain uppercase, lowercase, and numerical characters. FORM ADMIN should be the email address you want to use to receive the user submitted data. If left blank, the system will not send a copy of the form to the admin. EMAIL USER allows you to choose whether or not the user receives a copy of the submitted data. If you select Yes, then you must put an input field in the form named 'email'. ALLOW NEWS OPT IN allows you to choose whether or not the user’s email is added to the Newsletter Email List. If you select Yes, then you must put an input field named 'email', and either a checkbox, pulldown, or input field named 'optin' with value='yes' in the form. RETURN PAGE allows you to choose the page to go to after a user submits the form. Select a START DATE and END DATE to download the data within that date range. The data will open in a new window. Once you have finished editing the processor, click “save” to publish your changes. To delete a desired processor, click on the name of the processor in the System Navigation. Once the processor-editing interface has loaded, click the “Delete” button. A popup will appear to confirm this action. To copy a desired processor, click on the name of the processor in the System Navigation. Once the processor-editing interface has loaded, click the “Copy” button. The newly created copy will load into the processor-editing interface. The FORM NAME will automatically be changed to "Originalname copy". Change this field to your desired value. Once you have finished editing the processor, click “save” to publish your changes. |
