EDITING A SYSTEM USER

To edit a desired user, click on the name of the user in the System Navigation. Once the user-editing interface has loaded, you can successfully edit the user. 

System User-Editing Interface

NAME should be unique for referencing the user throughout the system. The name can contain uppercase, lowercase, and numerical characters.

EMAIL should be a valid email address for receiving system notifications.

USERNAME should always be one word, unique, and no less than 6 characters. For example, MyWexZoneUsername.

PASSWORD should be unique, no less than 6 characters, contain upper and lowercase letters, and contain at least one number. For example, password could be afTU56gwP.

  Once you have finished editing the user, click “save” to publish your changes.

DELETING A SYSTEM USER  

To delete a desired user, click on the name of the system user in the System Navigation. Once the user-editing interface has loaded, click the “Delete” button. A popup will appear to confirm this action.

COPYING A SYSTEM USER

To copy a desired user, click on the name of the user in the System Navigation. Once the user-editing interface has loaded, click the “Copy” button. The newly created copy will load into the user-editing interface. The NAME will automatically be changed to "Originalname copy". Change this field to your desired value.

Once you have finished editing the user, click “save” to publish your changes.
