SEND MAILOUT Use this function to send a mailout to your email list. Click on "Send Mailout" to go to the "Send Message" interface. Send Message Interface SMTP SERVER determines the mail server you will use to send this message. This should be in the format of mail.yourdomain.com SENDER ADDRESS determines the email account you will use to send this message. This should be in the format of address@yourdomain.com SENDER PASSWORD refers to the password for the SENDER ADDRESS. RECIPIENT determines who will receive this message. If set to "all", then the email will be sent to the entire list. However, you can specify addresses, such as user@domain.com, test@domain.com, to send the email only to these recipients. MESSAGE SUBJECT determines the Subject of the message. MESSAGE determines the Mailout you want to send. The pulldown lists the Mailouts on file in the system. To manage these mailouts, please refer to the Mailouts section of this manual. Once you have finished, click “Send Message” to send the mailout. ^^ TOP ^^ DOWNLOAD EMAILS Use this function to download your entire email list. The list will open in a new window. ^^ TOP ^^ ADD EMAILS Use this function to add emails or a list of emails into your email database. Put each email on its own line and click "Add Emails". ^^ TOP ^^ REMOVE EMAILS Use this function to remove emails or a list of emails from your email database. Put each email on its own line and click "Remove Emails". |
