Using WexZone Manager | |||||
To log into the WexZone Manager, go to yourdomain.com/manager. Enter your username and password in the spaces provided. Click Login. The system will automatically log you out with ten minutes of inactivity. To avoid getting logged out prematurely, be sure to save often and keep active within the system. System Home This is the start of the WexZone Manager System. It displays recently edited pages, site statistics and a change password form. Create New Item This function is used to create a new item in the system. Site Pages This function enables you to edit pages in your site and their location in the navigation tree. Mailouts This function enables you to edit mailouts to be sent to your Newsletter Email List. Files/Images This function enables you to browse your files and images. Form Processors This function enables you to edit processors for forms that you have included in your pages so that when a user fills out the form, the information can be processed. RSS Feeds RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication”, which means that a site can publish its content in a way so that other sites can use and integrate that content. For example, if you want to include live CNN headlines in your site, you can use CNN’s RSS Feed. This function enables you to edit RSS Feeds for your site. Newsletter Manager This function enables you to manage your Newsletter, including sending mailouts, downloading your email list, adding emails, and removing emails. SE Submit This function enables you to submit a page to selected search engines. It also includes search engine statistics. Templates This function enables you to edit overall design to use in your site, whether it be the main site design, a mailout design, or a RSS feed design. Meta Tags This function enables you to edit Meta Tag Records. These records reside within each page for search engine reference. System Users This function enables you to edit individual's access to your WexZone Manager System. |
